Our final reports from this audit are now available in the tor-browser-spec repository on our Gitlab instance. Particularly notable are the accessibility improvements we've gained as a result of the transition to Firefox ESR 115. While eagle-eyed users may notice small visual changes to the user interface (for example, internal links are now underlined), Tor Browser 13.0 is our first release to inherit the redesigned accessibility engine introduced by Mozilla in Firefox 113. This change promises to improve performance significantly for people who use screen readers and other assistive technology. What's new? Refreshed application iconsĮarlier this year we spent some time artworking the Mullvad Browser logo into the various assets needed to support its release – including application, installer and document icons that conform to each platform's conventions. While getting up to speed with the current requirements for each platform, we identified a number of gaps with Tor Browser too, and started working on new icons for Tor Browser in parallel.įor context, Tor Browser's current icon (sometimes referred to as the "onion logo") was selected by community poll over four years ago to succeed the older purple and green globe in Tor Browser 8.5. Given the community's involvement in its selection, its recognizability by netizens, and the simple fact that we still love the existing icon, we chose to focus on refining rather than replacing it entirely.

DVD Drive Repair intends to help you avoid taking radical measures that are time consuming and can cost you. However, this will not be necessary when using this tool. When your DVD Drive is not recognized by Windows even if it is functional, normally you consider reinstalling Windows or restoring it to a previously functional version using System Restore. In some instances, it can also help when certain applications do not recognize your drive mostly when your computer encountered a hardware problem or a virus attack that prevents it from using the DVD Drive. DVD Drive Repair is a useful application that allows you to restore your DVD (Optical) Drive if missing from Windows. This is one key difference from Lightroom in that with sessions Capture One shows folder contents live without the need for any import process, with all the editing tools but only some organizing tools intact. All the editing adjustments are non-destructive and stored either in the catalog file or as ‘sidecar’ files if it’s being used in ‘session’ mode. (Image credit: Rod Lawton)Ĭapture One 23 can view and edit raw files ‘live’ without any processing phase in the same way as Lightroom. Capture One can work with a catalog like Lightroom, but it also offers a Sessions mode with live folder viewing, all the editing tools and many organizing/filtering tools too. The best way to performance test PDF readers is to load old yellowing-page books with page print-through and other similar graphics noise (if anything is going to slow readers down then this will as whole pages have to be analyzed as graphics). Foxit is still my default reader and the one I still recommend to clients.) Although Foxit has had problems, especially in its inability to accurately render detailed graphics which have now been fixed, Foxit has consistently outperformed Adobe Reader, especially in speed. However, by the end of 2005 I'd personally switched to Foxit because of the increasing slowness and excessive bloatware in Adobe Reader. (Background and my biases: I've used or have been required to test just about every version of the Adobe Reader since PDF version 1.0 in the early 1990s. I'm still unable to get sound to play on the sample video. This fixed the problem and the media shell displayed again! I assume it's in some read only state of the head unit? Went back to my computer, formated the USB and reinstalled the beta files. The strange thing is your media shell would show briefly if I unplugged the USB, selected, FM or XM, then NAV. I tried a few things but still wouldn't come up. This time when I put the USB stick in, your media shell wouldn't come back up (since it probably wasn't closed properly in the first place?). Since I couldn't bring your media shell back up to hit X and close it properly I had to turn off the car, and try again. Unfortunately this cleared your media shell and went directly to the stock mp3 control. I seem to remember that the video audio is separate so I tried loading a CD at this point to see if the mp3 sound would start the video sound. the test video played but there was no sound. I was in FM mode at the time as I didn't even have a CD loaded. This despite not being able to select photo mode as instructed since I don't have any wallpaper loaded right now. followed the directions and the shell came up no problem. Hi Dezoris, thanks so much for getting this beta updatre out! I tried it briefly and while I don't haev screenshots of the file directory yet, here are some initial observations. When you see a window with the option to reinstall macOS, your Mac has started up from Recovery. Then click Next and enter that user's administrator password, which is the password they use to log in to the Mac.
A commercial context should sooner or later make it possible to upgrade everyone involved. If you are working together with this many collaborators (which is a very promising example of the spread of the Affinity suite) you are either working in a commercial context or in a non profit context. It seems the answer in this case is everyone has to keep using v1 until everyone has v2, just utterly bizarre to me compared to every other piece of software I've used (not just adobe, but also any office program, any program with its file format I can think of actually can save old versions: matlab, autocad, etc. Anyone who works in a large distributed team in different orgs or over different machines without a site license or fixed upgrade cycle? I have Designer on 2 of my own machines (only Mac upgraded to version 2) and work with between 5-10 colleagues, most of whom are still on V1. |
